At TryBiolike, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review the following policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or beauty products unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or is not as described.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Gift cards
- Promotional or free items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@trybiolike.com with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including a return shipping address.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
Please do not send returns without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@trybiolike.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@trybiolike.com.
8. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.
