All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners.

Shipping Costs

Occasionally, TryBiolike may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–72 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not update in real time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. TryBiolike is not responsible for customs-related delays.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.
TryBiolike is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply to reship returned packages.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members or your local carrier first.
TryBiolike is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist you in investigating the issue when possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
